We have been personally trained by Markus Engel, president of Engel-Puppen Co., Germany, to repair the dolls that his company manufactures and have experience repairing both Engel-Puppen dolls and 18" Beautiful Girlhood Collection dolls manufactured by Gotz.
Our fee for doll repair is $30. This includes examination of doll, restringing/reattachment of any damaged limbs, reattachment of head, and return shipping costs to anywhere in the 48 contiguous states.
We also replace limbs for an additional fee. Please contact us for pricing.
All of our replacement parts come from the German manufacturer to insure your doll remains in top working order.
Repairs are usually processed within 1-3 weeks.
